I can’t believe it’s been a month since I’ve cut my hair – wow!  Through all of the styles that I’ve tried so far in my tapered ‘fro journey, I’ve learned that my hair best thrives when I just leave it be.  So with that said, I have been reallllllly lazy with my hair these past few days.  I’m sitting here trying to really think when was the last time I washed my hair – that’s how lazy I’ve been.  But in all of my lazy glory, my hair has found its groove and I am all the way here for it!

At the beginning of the week, I twisted and used perm rods on my hair to give me a curly fro.  It was… meh.  Not my best work, but it gave me lots of volume and was curly enough to not re-twist at night.
Day 1 Hair – Curly Fro
I suppose had I twisted my hair, I would have had more definition the next day as I know my run probably sweated out the last of whatever was left.  Nonetheless, I did nothing more than spruce up my coils with a little bit of moisturizer (right now I’m testing out the Lotta Body that I received in my Onyxbox) and water.  And to not feel left out, I gave my baby hairs a bit of love using Eco Styler Gel.  The results gave me soft, touchable hair with awesome height!
Day 3
Day 5
Tis all.
The shape of my hair was formed before my eyes by just allowing it to do what it does best: just be.

How are you wearing your hair this week?
