As many of you know, I shaved the sides of my natural hair back in November 2011 to support my family members who were going through/have gone through chemotherapy due to cancer.  Though I have since decided to grow my sides back (we made it through and are standing strong), my support for the cause still stands firm.
I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to serve as a curlBOX Team Phoenix caption for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Give thanks. Walk and I need your help!  As team captain, I have set the ambitious goal of raising $1,000 for St. Jude’s Hospital.  Monies raised will aid in the research to find the cure for childhood cancer.
Because of your donations, families can focus on their children getting better rather than worrying about the bills surrounding travel, lodging, treatment and food.  I have already started the donations with $35 and am asking you to match that if you can (every little bit helps)!!
In addition to that, I am asking each of you to please join me on November 22, 2014 in Phoenix, AZ to walk for the cause! Your presence there will truly be a gift!! By clicking on the picture on the right side bar, joining the curlBOX Phoenix Team or by donating on my behalf you can find out more information about the walk and how to register/donate – click JOIN THE TEAM at the bottom right!

Love you guys much – thanks in advance for all of your support!
